Craniosacral Therapy (CST) is a gentle, hands-on massaging technique that uses light touch to release tension around your body’s fascial system.
The fascial system surrounds all organs, muscles, bones and nerve fibers, endowing the body with a functional structure, and providing an environment that enables all body systems to operate in an integrated manner
Craniosacral therapy may help you manage symptoms of the following conditions:
Chronic Pain
Complex Regional Pain Syndrome
Fibromyalgia
Migraines or Chronic Headaches
Neuralgia
Post-concussion Syndrome
Scoliosis
Stroke
Temporomandibular Joint Syndrome
Craniosacral therapy should be a treatment that your healthcare provider recommends in addition to another form of treatment.
Cindy is currently trained in: CST1, CST2, NM1, VM1 and VM2.

Connective Tissue Massage (CTM) is the manipulation of the fascia, the tissue just beneath the skin that attaches, stabilizes, encloses, and separates muscles and other internal organs. After accidents, sports or repetitive injuries, surgery, or spontaneously, the connective tissue can bunch together and form adhesions. These adhesions can cause chronic even excruciating pain. CTM is a massage technique that increases blood flow to the affected area and suppresses pain.

MNRI stands for Masgutova Neurosensorimotor Reflex Integration.
MNRI was developed by Dr. Svetlana Musgatova, a Russian psychologist who felt the preferred cognitive approach was insufficient when working with children, particularly those who have been through trauma.
As she developed her method, her research lead her to the work of reflex and developmental techniques.
Her work expanded to a wider demographic — adults with pathologies and/or trauma at the brain and central nervous system. These pathologies and trauma can occur in utero, at birth or during infancy prior to reflex maturation which can cause the central nervous system, sensory system and motor systems to be compromised. The MNRI Method:
Isolates reflex dysfunction
Engages restorative techniques targeting underlying neurosensorimotor dysfunction
Works toward facilitating the integration process, resulting in improvements and sometimes recovery of general neurosensorimotor function.
